This telephone must be plugged into a socket or adapter/broadband filter that has a ring capacitor inside for the telephone’s bells to ring correctly.

This two tone brown and grey telephone is in amazing condition and has been rewired internally and is ready to plug in and use in your telephone socket. Originally used as a compact 'Exchange' in an office/work enviroment these telephones are amazing! Although all the components are still inside (some have been disconnected for it to perform safely and reliably on todays network) the coloured buttons have been left just for asthetics.
As this telephone is DTMF, (tone dial) it will work on any network and is suitable for telephone banking and telephone menu selection.
 
We believe it has not been back in circulation since its refurbishment in the early 80's.
This telephone has been renovated and comes with an 'ON/OFF' button which turns the bells on or off but now with the added bonus of having a green light that flashes with the bells on an incoming call. Turn the bells off and the light will still flash to alert you of an incoming call. (see video)
It comes fitted with a vintage line cord and one of our own produced electronic transmitters.
